Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Products Sold Through Third Parties

At this time, all books, downloads, and free content are sold or delivered through third-party platforms such as Amazon, BookFunnel, Booksprout, and similar services.

Because these platforms process transactions independently, all refund or cancellation requests must be handled directly through the platform where you made the purchase. Please review their specific policies for eligibility, returns, or exchanges.

We do not issue refunds or cancellations for purchases made through these third-party services.


2. Service-Based Work (If Applicable in Future)

If we offer direct services in the future (such as editing, formatting, or publishing packages), the following terms will apply unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:

a. Consultations

  • Free consultations are non-refundable and may be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice.

b. Service Packages (Editing, Design, etc.)

  • Once work has begun, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on completed deliverables.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work.

  • Requests must be made in writing to info@purpledragonpublishing.com within 14 days of purchase.

c. Missed Deadlines or Inactivity

  • If a client is unresponsive for 30+ days after booking a service, the project may be canceled and a partial refund denied, unless prior arrangements were made.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Completed services

  • Custom design or editing work already delivered

  • Affiliate products purchased via external links

  • Free downloads or lead magnets


4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

To request a refund or cancel a booked service, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • What service/product you are requesting a refund or cancellation for

  • Reason for the request

All requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.


5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
