🐉 Dragon’s Hoard ARC Terms & Conditions

Guardians of the Treasure agree to the rules of the Cave.

Welcome to the Dragon’s Hoard, the official early reader circle of Purple Dragon Publishing LLC. By joining, you are being entrusted with advance copies of our books—our treasures—before they are released to the public. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

To protect our authors, our stories, and the integrity of the Hoard, we ask all members to agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality & Protection of the Treasure

  • All ARC files are provided solely for your personal use.

  • You may not copy, share, forward, or distribute ARCs in any format (digital or print).

  • Sharing files, screenshots, or pirating content will result in removal from the Hoard and may result in legal action if necessary.

2. Reviews & Reader Responsibility

  • We ask that you leave honest reviews on platforms such as Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, or personal blogs/social media.

  • Reviews should ideally be posted on or within 7 days of release day.

  • While reviews are not required, they are the lifeblood of new authors—your feedback helps stories take flight.

3. Spoilers & Early Discussion

  • Please avoid sharing major plot points, twists, or endings publicly before the official release date.

  • Private discussions within the Hoard or in designated spaces are welcome. Public spoilers are not.

4. Respect for the Authors & Community

  • Criticism is welcome if it is constructive and respectful.

  • Personal attacks on authors, readers, or other Hoard members will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove any member who violates this standard.

5. ARC File Access

  • ARCs may be provided as ebooks, PDFs, or other digital formats.

  • Access may be through direct download, BookFunnel, NetGalley, or other platforms.

  • By downloading, you acknowledge that the book remains the sole property of Purple Dragon Publishing and its authors.

6. Revocation of Membership

  • Membership in the Dragon’s Hoard is a privilege, not a right.

  • Purple Dragon Publishing may revoke access at any time for violation of these terms.

  • Repeat offenses (such as file-sharing or non-compliance) may result in permanent removal.

7. Agreement

By joining the Dragon’s Hoard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You understand that ARCs are a privilege and a partnership: you help us shape the future of our books, and in return, we grant you early access to our treasures.
